PartnerHero Plans Greensboro, North Carolina, Operations

PartnerHero, a business process outsourcing organization, plans to establish operations in Greensboro, North Carolina. The approximately $7 million project is expected to create 200 jobs.

The Guilford County Economic Development Alliance worked together with the North Carolina Department of Commerce, Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC), City of Greensboro, Guilford County, Duke Energy, Piedmont Natural Gas, Guilford Technical Community College, and Guilford Works in securing PartnerHero investment in Guilford County.

“Creating strong partnerships is critical at every stage of economic development, including strengthening our workforce and providing economic opportunities to North Carolinians,” noted Gene McLaurin, chairman of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina’s Board of Directors. “North Carolina’s highly skilled and technical workforce provides the talent innovative companies like PartnerHero need and look for to be successful.”

PartnerHero is a technology services company that outsources customer support and quality assurance for businesses across the food, e-commerce, and health industries.
