Unique Loom Expands Plant Operations in Indian Land, South Carolina

The expansion will nearly double the size of the building with the construction of over 234,000 square feet of warehouse space and an additional 10,000 square feet of office space in Lancaster County The expansion is expected to be completed by May 2021.

When they arrived in 2017, Unique Loom had an aggressive plan to grow their operation. They purchased the building within the first year and are now significantly adding to it. Founded in 2000, Unique Loom specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of indoor and outdoor rugs and other floor coverings. Unique Loom's expansion will increase the company's distribution capabilities. "Lancaster County is very excited that Unique Loom is expanding its Indian Land operations. The close proximity to several interstates makes us ideally suited to meet the logistics needs of industry.
