Align Technology Leases Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, Operations Center

Federal Capital Partners, a real estate company, and Strategic Capital Partners, a real estate investment company, signed Align Technology, a firm that designs and manufactures clear removable aligners, to lease 60,000 square feet at its Forty540, a 5-story, 200,000 square foot development in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.

According to the property owners, “with Align Technology taking a portion of the first and all of the second floors of the highly visible new building, the project is now 30% leased with 140,000 square feet of contiguous upper floor space still available. Forty540 features a social hub with dining options, a fitness center and outdoor seating areas and will deliver in March 2017.”

Kane continued, "We are confident technology and corporate tenants will continue to be attracted to the building due to its central location, amenities and efficient 41,000 square foot floorplates."
