Decostar Industries Invests $26 million To Expand Carrollton, Georgia, Manufacturing Facility
To accommodate growth in its production of interior and exterior auto parts, Decostar plans to build a 64,000-square-foot facility adjacent to the existing operation. The firm currently employs more than 500 workers and will begin hiring for the new positions in the spring of 2013.
“On this project we have been fortunate to collaborate with many talented and committed people and organizations who understand our business and can help achieve common goals,” said Bob Brownlee, president of Magna Exteriors and Interiors. “We are pleased to be able to bring additional jobs and investment to the Carrollton area, and we look forward to continued success in the service of our customers.”
As an incentive Georgia Quick Start, the workforce training program, will assist the company with a customized training program for its new workforce.
