Germany-Based thyssenkrupp Materials Plans Santa Teresa, New Mexico, Operations

The new 90,000-square-foot facility manufacturing facility will be located at the Westpark Logistics Center.
To support the project thyssenkrupp was awarded up to $252,630 in state train grant incentives for up to 21 employees. By locating at Westpark Logistics Center, thyssenkrupp’s is also eligible for a Foreign Trade Zone designation. The company may also utilize Local Economic Development Act incentives.
thyssenkrupp Materials NA, Inc. provides production materials and integrated service solutions. The company currently operates five manufacturing sites in; Montreal, Toronto, British Columbia, Kennesaw, Georgia, and Saltillo, Mexico.
