03/14/2013
Headquartered in Tianjin, China, Masterwork specializes in the manufacture of Heidelberg cylinder foil stamping presses; automatic die-cutting machines; automatic platen foil stamping and die cutting machines with the hologram system; and automatic folding and gluing machines. During its last 10 years of international marketing, the company has sold many products to international manufacturing firms in the print finishing industry.
“As our sales increase in the U.S. market, there is a need for us to have a presence here,” said Madam Li Li, CEO of Masterwork. “It allows us to be close to our customers. Communication is more efficient, customer service is more hands on and we are more immersed in this market than ever,” Li added. “Charlotte is a perfect location for us, logistically and geographically. The support from the chamber really made it easier for us to locate here.”
The Charlotte Chamber assisted Masterwork USA Inc. with its assessment of Charlotte’s manufacturing and business environments as well as with its real estate search.
