German Manufacturer, RPS Robot Protection Systems, Opens First U.S. Office in Charlotte, North Carolina
04/10/2013
The new office is designed to strategically position the firm to service the U.S. market from one central location. Charlotte’s proximity to customers, direct air connections, low cost of doing business, and its business-friendly atmosphere and quality of life factored into the company’s decision to relocate, the Charlotte Chamber said.
RPS specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality, tailor made robot protection, robot protection systems and robot covers. These provide high performance protection for a variety of demanding application ranges in all industry segments, including spray painting protection, heat protection, high-pressure cleaning, sand-blasting and the food industry.
“Our integrated approach opens doors for long-term relationships with our customers. The secret to our success is the combination of the trust placed by these cherished customers and our know-how in finding the correct solution for each customer,” says Mathias Hohmann, president of RPS.
The Charlotte Chamber worked with the international accounting firm Rödl & Partner and BridgehouseLaw in assisting RPS Robot Protection Systems GmbH during its recent site selection process and with the establishment of RPS Robot Protection Systems, Inc.
