Techo-Bloc Plans Cayce, South Carolina, Manufacturing Operations

The investment will include the construction of a new facility, located on Dixiana Road, which will manufacture hardscape products including pavers, slabs and retaining walls. Operations are scheduled to begin in Fall 2026.

Techo-Bloc specializes in manufacturing landscape products for residential and commercial outdoor spaces, The company currently operates facilities in Illinois, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
