According to the firm, its new space will accommodate the company's significant growth and will be better suited to meet the needs of the organization.
"The opening of the new TIP Technologies corporate headquarters is an important milestone in the history of our company," said Mike Miller, CEO/Founder of TIP Technologies. "Our team has put forth a great effort to grow the company, and as a result we are pleased to be in a position to reward them with a fresh, innovative workspace."
The newly renovated headquarters will provide a more dynamic environment for employees and will feature open areas to collaborate as a team, company officials said. Departments are expected to experience improved workflow as a result of the enhanced floorplan. The new facility will now allow the company to conduct in-house training. TIP Technologies also has offices in Arizona, Florida, Tennessee, and North Carolina.
"In addition to several new hires, TIP Technologies will be looking to recruit new employees with relevant industry and functional expertise to align with our strategy going forward," commented Ron Dolan, President of TIP Technologies. "The company's new office space will support future plans for growth, and will help us retain the best talent in the industry."
