Newly Weds Foods Plans Dyersburg, Tennessee, Production Operations

The investment will include the acquisition of the Develey Mustard and Condiments Corp. facility.

Newly Weds Foods specializes in creating customized food coatings, seasonings, and functional ingredients for the food processing and foodservice industries. The company currently operates 31 manufacturing facilities across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America.
“Tennessee’s food and beverage industry generated more than $1.6 billion in exports in 2024 alone, and we are proud to announce an additional investment today from Newly Weds Foods that will further strengthen this growing sector. Newly Weds Foods has been a longtime, valued partner in Cleveland and Bradley County, and we are thrilled to see the growth and success this expansion into West Tennessee will bring to both our state and the company,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.
