Biotics Research Plans Rosenberg, Texas, Headquarters-Research Center

Anticipated to be complete in 2023, the 87,569 square feet new facility will be built in the Rosenberg Business Park. Biotics Research, which has been in Rosenberg for nearly 25 years, will retain their existing manufacturing building.
“Biotics Research is a valued member of the Rosenberg business community, and we are thrilled to work with them and congratulate them on their expansion to the 184-acre deed restricted Rosenberg Business Park,” said Rosenberg Mayor Kevin Raines. “The Business Park was developed not only to attract new businesses to our city, but to retain and create opportunities for existing businesses such as Biotics Research.”
According to Fort Bend County, Biotics Research is one of the City of Rosenberg’s largest employers and will be one of the first to build in the city’s deed restricted Business Park. A family-owned business, Biotics Research has grown and expanded since it was incorporated in 1976.
