Leidos Establishes North Charleston, South Carolina, Manufacturing Center of Excellence

The new 150,000-square-foot facility will serve as a Manufacturing Center of Excellence for the company’s Security Enterprise Solutions operation, producing security systems for screening checked baggage, cargo and passengers. Operations are scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.

The Coordinating Council for Economic Development approved job development credits related to this project.
