08/15/2023
“ARS has proudly called Memphis home for 25 years. We are committed to investing in our community, continuing to hire top talent, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers,” Scott Boose, CEO, American Residential Services noted.
“Memphis has the infrastructure, workforce and business climate needed to support ARS/Rescue Rooter, and I am grateful the company has once again placed its trust in Tennessee for this project. Today’s announcement is sure to enhance the livelihood of this community for years to come,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.
American Residential Services is a privately held Memphis-based company and a provider of heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and sewer and drain services for homes and businesses.
"We're thrilled that Memphis is leading the company's nationwide network of locations. By expanding its presence here, ARS/Rescue Rooter is making an investment in Memphis and Shelby County. This expansion maximizes its growth potential, spurs new job creation, and is a great example of our local and statewide economic development partnerships,” added Dr. Joann Massey, vice president of operations, EDGE.
