Northland Corporation Expands Greenville, Michigan, Operations

Northland Corporation, a manufacturer of high-end products for the appliance market, plans to expand its operations in Greenville, Michigan. The $21.4 million project is expected to create up to 200 jobs.

The investment will include an additional 98,000 square feet of manufacturing space at the company’s existing facility on E. Van Deinse Street.

"We’re excited about the expansion of our manufacturing facility in Michigan,” said Andy Doberstein, president of Northland Corporation. “This state is home to a remarkable workforce, and we are excited to leverage their talents to produce more cutting-edge refrigeration products. Our commitment to innovation and quality will continue to drive our growth and success in this great community."

The project is being supported by a $1.28 million Michigan Business Development Program grant.

Northland Corporation is a subsidiary of Middleby Corporation, a U.S. based publicly traded company that specializes in commercial and residential cooking.
