09/11/2025
The investment will support the company’s growing demand for engineered rack repair kits and protection products.
“This expansion marks an exciting new chapter for Damotech in Moberly,” said Jerod Newcomb, General Manager for Damotech. “We are proud to deepen our roots in this community while investing in new technologies that allow us to better serve our U.S. customers. The talent and support we have found here in Missouri have been instrumental to our growth.”
To support the project Damotech will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation. “Damotech’s expansion in Moberly is exciting news for Missouri’s fast-growing manufacturing industry,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Missouri Department of Economic Development. “The company’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and safety aligns perfectly with our mission of helping Missourians prosper.”
Damotech’s services and products help maintain the structural integrity of pallet racking systems to prevent damage, ensure safety, and lower costs associated with repairs and replacement. The company acquired Mac Rak in 2023.
“We are thrilled to see Damotech’s continued growth in Moberly,” added Kaylee Paffrath, President and CEO of the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation. “Their investment strengthens our local economy and showcases what is possible through strong partnerships between businesses and the community.”
