The new green, state-of-the-art facility is the company's third U.S. location. It will support the manufacturing/assembling of energy-efficient automotive parts for North American automotive markets.
Mando has said it expects its U.S. operations to generate over $850 million in revenue this year. Worldwide, the manufacturer employs 8,000 workers, and has an annual revenue of $4 billion.
"Automotive supplier companies such as the Mando Corp. will find in Georgia the right mix of resources and unique assets that provide them with the most efficient access to their customers here and in markets around the world," said Governor Nathan Deal. "We take pride not only in the outstanding performance of our logistics infrastructure, but also our top-ranked workforce that helps Mando and other advanced manufacturers meet and exceed customer expectations."
