Chime Solutions Expands Charlotte, North Carolina, Operations

Customer-contact service provider Chime Solutions will expand its operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. The company plans to hire 400 employees by early October and 1,000 by the end of 2020.

“Charlotte is a perfect fit for our growing business,” said Mark Wilson, CEO of Chime Solutions. “We are looking forward to contributing to the Charlotte community and helping our employees thrive through our people-first culture, entrepreneurial-growth mindset and community-centered initiatives.”

According to city officials, Chime Solutions is the latest company to announce its expansion into the Charlotte market. Earlier this month, Better.com announced it has opened a Charlotte office and plans to hire 1,000 employees within five years.
