American Industrial Group Expands Posey County, Indiana, Manufacturing Operations

The investment at the company’s existing manufacturing facility will streamline processes and deliver high-impact industrial solutions through its subsidiaries.
“We’re excited to continue growing in Posey County and grateful for the support from the state and the local community,” said Chris Joyce, co-owner of American Industrial Group. “This expansion represents more than just growth—it’s a commitment to building high-quality jobs, strengthening our operations, and continuing to invest in Indiana’s industrial future.”
To support the project the Indiana Economic Development Corporation committed up to $175,000 in incentive-based tax credits. These tax credits are performance-based and can be claimed once individuals are hired.
“AIG’s commitment to growth is a testament to the strength and impact of Indiana’s small business ecosystem,” noted Governor Mike Braun. “The company’s investment will not only sustain and create new, high-wage manufacturing career opportunities for Hoosiers, but it will expand and modernize AIG’s operations, ensuring the company’s presence and impact on the region and the state for years to come.”
AIG, the parent company of Material Management Technologies and American Processing Services, specializes in capital improvement projects for industrial facilities The company offers services covering conceptual studies, detailed design, on-site construction supervision, and automation integration.
