10/07/2025
The company's new 330,000-square-foot facility is the result of the consolidation of five of the company’s existing locations into a single campus headquarters.
“Today marks a pivotal moment in Master's Transportation's 25-year history in Missouri as we welcome our friends to our new headquarters campus,” said John Goodbrake, CEO of Master's Transportation. “Our grand opening represents more than just a new building – it's the culmination of years of hard work to bring our entire team together to better serve our customers. We're excited to celebrate this achievement with Master's Transportation's employees, their families, and the Kansas City business community who have supported us throughout our journey.”
To support the project Master’s Transportation will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
“This major expansion from Master’s Transportation is a powerful demonstration of trust in our state and Kansas City,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “We’re proud to support this company as it continues to grow, invest, and create even more opportunities for Missourians to prosper.”
“Master’s Transportation is a quiet giant in Kansas City,” added Jon Stephens, President and CEO of Port KC. “A hometown company that has grown to be an innovative transportation powerhouse and they aren’t stopping. This grand opening is another milestone in their growth as a trusted partner and business anchor in south KC. These are the economic growth stories that shape our region as a destination for business investment, and quality job growth. Congratulations on this grand opening and we are here for what comes next.”
Master's Transportation is a provider of commercial vehicles, specializing in the sale, rental, and leasing of various buses and vans, including shuttle buses, school buses, and motor coaches.
