Clayton Plans Conway, Arkansas, Manufacturing Operations

Clayton, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and national single-family home builder of site-built manufactured modular housing, plans to establish operations in Conway, Arkansas. The $42 million project is expected to create more than 250 jobs over the next three years.

The investment will include the modernization of an existing 220,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that is estimated to build 3,000 homes annually. Production is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2025.

Clayton’s portfolio includes a range of site-built, modern manufactured, Tiny, CrossMod® and modular housing.
