The investment will include an additional 20,000 square feet of production space.
“This next chapter is about moving faster, working smarter, and being even more responsive to our customers,” said Ericson Manufacturing CEO John Ericson. “With the support of the economic development team, including JobsOhio, Team NEO, and the City of Willoughby, this investment in new technology and talent is just the beginning.”
The project is being supported by a $175,000 JobsOhio Revitalization Grant.
“Ericson Manufacturing’s investment and expansion in Northeast Ohio highlights the strength of our workforce and the competitive advantages our region offers,” noted Matt Dolan, Team NEO CEO. “We’re excited to support their continued growth and the new opportunities this investment will bring.”
Ericson Manufacturing Company designs and produces durable electrical power distribution and lighting solutions. The company specializes in products including portable lighting systems, cord reels, wiring devices, transformers, and temporary power distribution equipment used in construction, manufacturing, utilities, and hazardous locations.
