Point Blank Enterprises Plans Wakulla County, Florida, Operations

Point Blank Enterprises, a manufacturer of body armor and protective solutions for military and law enforcement, plans to establish operations in Wakulla County, Florida. The project is expected to create 300 jobs.

The company will construct a new 118,000-square-foot manufacturing facility at Opportunity Park.

"This new location represents a significant investment in innovation and collaboration bringing us closer to markets in the Southeast US. By partnering with the local workforce and organizations like FSU’s High Performance Materials Institute (HPMI) and Wakulla School District’s Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, we aim to not only deliver cutting-edge protective solutions but also contribute to the growth and prosperity of the region."

To support the project the state of Florida awarded $3.5 million to Wakulla County through the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund. Additionally, Triumph Gulf Coast contributed $13.5 million, and the University of West Florida’s Haas Center invested $500,000 to support economic research and workforce planning.
