British-based Zotefoams Expands Walton, Kentucky, Headquarters Operations

High-performance foam manufacturer Zotefoams Inc. plans to expand its operations in Walton, Kentucky.

The $13.8 million project will transform the company's existing headquarters facility into a full end-to-end manufacturing operation, increasing production by more than 20%.

“This investment marks an important milestone for Zotefoams as we celebrate 25 years in Kentucky and continue to strengthen our presence in North America,” said Ronan Cox, Group CEO of Zotefoams plc. “By expanding our manufacturing capabilities in Walton, we are bringing production closer to our customers, improving responsiveness and creating a more resilient supply chain. The confidence we are demonstrating through this investment reflects the strength of our North American business, the dedication of our team and the long-term opportunities we see across the markets we serve. We are proud to continue investing in Walton and grateful for the support we have received from our employees, customers and partners throughout this journey.”

The project was supported by the Bluegrass State Skills Corporation, a workforce development program administered through the Kentucky Cabinet for Economic Development that provides employer-driven training incentives for new and existing employees.

Zotefoams plc is a manufacturer of lightweight, high-performance cellular foam materials used in aerospace, automotive, medical, sports, and industrial applications. The company specializes in advanced foam manufacturing, materials research and development, and production of engineered polyolefin and fluoropolymer foams.
