ARCO Design/Build Opens Charlotte, North Carolina, Operations Center

The company’s Charlotte office is located in the Dilworth, South End area of Charlotte at 2137 South Blvd., and is scheduled for opening September 1, 2018. The Charlotte based regional office will support industrial construction projects and clients based within North Carolina and South Carolina.
ARCO Design/Build specializes in large format cold and dry storage, self-storage, distribution centers, speculative buildings and construction projects supporting clients with national presence.
“Our expansion into the Charlotte region represents an important step in our continued growth and we are extremely proud of the talented team that will launch the new office,” said Mark Mummert, CEO of ARCO Design/Build.
“We have been building significant client relationships in the Carolinas with a number of exciting industrial projects underway,” added Eric Thompson, Director of Business Development.
