South Korea-Based Unitech North America Plans Morrison, Tennessee, Operations

The new manufacturing facility will specialize in the production of thermal adhesives and battery compression pads for electric vehicle battery manufacturers across the Southeast as well as industrial adhesives and sealers for its automotive customers.

We are confident that this strategic expansion will not only fuel our growth but also contribute to the local economy,” Seoungho Lee, chairman, Unitech Co., Ltd. said.
Unitech North America, LLC is a subsidiary of Unitech Co., Ltd., which is headquartered in Ansan, South Korea.
“Our state’s rich history in the automotive industry paired with our pro-business climate have propelled Tennessee forward as a leader in the electric vehicle evolution. We are proud to be home to Unitech’s first U.S. facility and will continue to be a strong partner as this company locates operations in Morrison,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.
