Website Services Firm to Relocate 500 Jobs & Headquarters to Allen, TX

PFSweb offers e-commerce solutions for renowned brands that dominate almost every major industry in the world.
CEO Mark Layton said the expansion will nearly double its North Texas call center footprint and provide the company with room to grow, according to the newspaper article. The location also offers better proximity to PFSweb's workforce.
"Business growth has primarily been the reason behind relocating the Plano [Dallas] call center operations downtown," Layton has said. "We will create 600 to 800 new jobs over the next several years to support that business growth."
