04/30/2025
The investment will include the construction of a 54,000-square-foot fabrication and assembly facility, located at the Perry Industrial Park, which will serve as the company’s North American headquarters.
"When they visited, they felt that they could be part of this community, and that's a testament to all of you," said Sid Juwarker, vice president of economic development at Greater Des Moines Partnership.
The project is being supported by tax benefits and a $500,000 forgivable loan through the High-Quality Jobs (HQJ) program.
"The ADR Axles project was brought to the Alliance by the Greater Des Moines Partnership who was supporting ADR's regional site selection efforts,” noted Rachel Wacker, President of the Greater Dallas County Development Alliance. “We knew it was a very competitive project and that they were considering similar communities in other states. Alongside the City and Perry Economic Development, we worked together to make sure the company understood the competitive advantage of the Perry location and made ADR feel at home right here in Perry, the region, and Iowa."
ADR USA serves the North American market, distributing ADR Group's products to farmers and machinery operators. The company offers a range of axles, suspensions, hubs, spindles, and related components for various applications, including agricultural machinery and industrial equipment.
