Toyotetsu Canada Begins Third Phase Of Expansion In Norfolk County, Ontario

President Hiro Nomura stated that “Toyotetsu Canada, Inc., is looking forward to continue developing their strong relationship with Norfolk County while fulfilling an essential role to manufacturing the highest quality components for Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada”.
TTCA is an automotive component supplier that provides stamped and assembled parts to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, located in Cambridge and Woodstock, Ontario. The company’s 16-hectare, 40-acre, site is located on Park Road in Simcoe, Ontario. The original 200,000 square foot plant was officially opened in 2007 and currently employs approximately 390 workers.
Mayor Dennis Travale said, “The recent expansion announcement is great news for the economy of Norfolk County. It clearly illustrates the trust that Toyotetsu Canada has in the solid performance of Norfolk’s economy and the work ethic of the Norfolk workers. Our Open for Business approach is paying off as I knew it would.”
