Greenheck Group Plans Owasso, Oklahoma, Manufacturing Operations

09/07/2026
Commercial air movement and conditioning equipment manufacturer Greenheck Group plans to establish operations in Owasso, Oklahoma. The approximately $300 million project is expected to create more than 700 jobs in Tulsa County.

The investment will include the acquisition and renovation of the former Macy’s 1.3 million-square-foot distribution facility located on 72 acres.

“Every time a customer chooses Greenheck Group, they are placing their trust in our team, and we are grateful for that trust,” said Greenheck Group CEO Rich Totzke. “That trust makes investments like this possible, and we take seriously our responsibility to be ready to serve customers today and well into the future. This expansion builds on the incredible work our Tulsa team has already done and helps make Greenheck Group stronger so we can support the growth of our business partners and create more opportunities for team members wherever they work.”

Greenheck Group manufactures commercial air movement, control and conditioning equipment, including ventilation and air distribution products for commercial, institutional and industrial facilities.

“I am proud to have been a part of the process of bringing more Greenheck Group jobs to Oklahoma,” noted Governor Kevin Stitt. “I met with the Greenheck Group team in my office, and we were able to work out the terms of the deal. We will have more details coming out at our joint press conference on September 18.”

“Greenheck Group’s continued investment in the Tulsa region speaks volumes about the strength of our region as a place for manufacturing and long-term business growth,” added Tulsa Regional Chamber President and CEO Mike Neal. “The company made Tulsa a promise in 2017, and it has exceeded it exponentially. This next chapter demonstrates Greenheck Group’s confidence in our region’s workforce, business environment and ability to accommodate the manufacturer’s growth as it continues to serve its customers.”
