The investment will include the construction of a new 100,000-square-foot fabrication facility located at the Norman Industrial Park.
“We’re honored TUBEFAB chose Jacksonville as the site for this transformative expansion,” said Darrell Dement, Chairman of the Board. “This partnership represents exactly the kind of forward-looking development we strive to attract. These are the types of projects that bring new energy, innovation, and opportunity to our city.”
To support the project Jacksonville Economic Development Corporation (JEDCO) is offering up to 12 acres of land within the industrial park and a performance-based incentive package of up to $650,000, tied directly to job creation and salary benchmarks.
