The new facility, which represents the company’s first expansion outside of its headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, California, will allow HealthVerve to meet and exceed its growing consumer demands for shelf-stable beverages.
“Centrally located and home to more than 2,600 manufacturing companies, Tennessee is primed to welcome another great manufacturer like HealthVerve to the state. Livingston and Overton County will prove to be the ideal location for this company’s success, and we look forward to seeing the prosperity that will follow today’s announcement,” said TNECD Commissioner Stuart McWhorter.
Founded in 2006, HealthVerve Food Manufacturing USA, Inc. is a high-value food manufacturer that specializes in canning processes. In addition to producing and developing innovative functional foods, the company is committed to research and development to bring wholesome and nutritional foods to its customers nationwide.
“TVA and Upper Cumberland Electric Membership Corporation congratulate HeathVerve on its decision to establish operations and create hundreds of new job opportunities in Overton County. Supporting companies that create jobs and investment in the Valley is fundamental to TVA’s mission of service. We are proud to partner with Overton County, City of Livingston, the Livingston-Overton County Chamber of Commerce and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development to further that mission and look forward to HealthVerve’s future success in the region,” John Bradley, TVA senior vice president of Economic Development added.
