03/31/2025
The investment will include the construction of a new asphalt facility located on the company’s existing site, allowing its adjacent rock quarry to grow and modernize while staying in its current location.
“We are proud to partner with the Missouri Department of Economic Development in opening our new asphalt plant in Ozark, Missouri,” said Robbie Freels, Director of Operations for Capital Materials. “Since entering the market in 2019, we have been committed to investing in the City of Ozark and its surrounding communities. This new state-of-the-art plant will enable us to support the rapidly growing community with high quality materials and provide excellent new career opportunities.”
To support the project, Capital Holding Group will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
“Exciting things are happening in Ozark,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “Thank you, Capital Holding Group, for your continued investment and creation of new jobs that are sure to help Missourians prosper.”
