06/19/2024
Elite Tool’s new 120,000-square-foot facility will increase its efficiency and ability to keep up with customer needs. The company is a lean contract manufacturer serving aerospace, commercial, and government and defense industry applications.
“We are truly blessed with the abundant opportunities that continue to flow through our doors,” said Frank Roth IV, Owner of Elite Tool. “These opportunities, whether it be new customers, projects or skilled employees, afford us the ability to continue to invest in Elite Tool and our local community.”
Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication’s investment will include new equipment at its existing location. The company offers a variety of products and services to meet customers’ metal needs.
“Words cannot express how grateful we are for the continued growth the company has made over the last 7 years,” noted Lori Swafford, Co-Owner of Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication. “We would not be where we are today without our amazing customers, vendors, and dedicated employees. With our expansion, Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication anticipates continued growth opportunities to help benefit the local and surrounding areas which will allow for further investment into Lincoln County.”
To support the projects Elite Tool and Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
“It’s exciting to support Elite Tool and Swafford-Kientzy Machine & Fabrication as they expand and create new opportunities in Lincoln County,” added Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “These expansions are further proof of how our state’s economic advantages and collaboration with our partners are helping Missourians prosper.”
“The Lincoln County Economic Development Office is always excited when one of our current companies is expanding, especially from those who have already invested so much into the community,” said Julie Rodgers, Executive Director of the Lincoln County Economic Development Office. “We are very proud to have both of these companies in Lincoln County and very honored to be working side by side with them as they grow.”
