EarthLink Establishes Norton, Virginia, Call Center

Internet service provider EarthLink established call center operations in Norton, Virginia. The project is expected to create 285 jobs in Wise County.

The 30,000-square-foot facility is located in the Project Intersection development at 10375 Pinnacle Drive.

“Virginia is proud to have EarthLink as a partner in our economy and in broadband service,” said Secretary of Commerce and Trade Caren Merrick. “EarthLink sets a high standard for customer care and for workforce development in the region goals and standards we share.”

EarthLink is a U.S. internet service provider delivering wired and wireless access to homes and small businesses.
