09/02/2025
“I’m very excited to be part of bringing high-tech, high-paying jobs to my hometown of Vandalia,” said David Kurz, Operations Manager for TechFab Structural Steel. “This is an incredible place to work, and I look forward to helping fabricate the structures and infrastructure that make our nation stronger and more prosperous.”
To support the project TechFab Structural Steel will benefit from the Missouri Works program, a tool that helps companies expand and retain workers by providing access to capital through withholdings or tax credits for job creation.
“TechFab Structural Steel’s new facility in Vandalia is a perfect example of business growth enriching a community,” noted Michelle Hataway, Director of the Department of Economic Development. “We’re excited that this company chose to establish here and look forward to seeing it help Missourians prosper for years to come.”
TechFab Structural Steel transforms raw steel products, such as I-beams, into building assemblies for use in large-scale construction projects.
