Industrial Park Constructed In Perryman, Maryland
01/31/2017
According to company officials, Eastgate is a master-planned, three-building, 2,5M-square-foot industrial park located, approximately 30 miles northeast of Baltimore. The prime distribution site is a rare combination of location, labor and amenities, all with direct access to I-95, the backbone connecting the East Coast's largest metropolitan areas.
The new Class A regional distribution facility is located in one of the most land-constrained locations on the East Coast. Phase I will include the speculative development of a 656,800 square foot facility and include a 2-mile extension of Woodley Road. Future build-to-suit opportunities will range from 600,000 SF to over 1.5M SF, officials said.
Providing easy access to Baltimore/Washington, Philadelphia and New York/New Jersey, future tenants will be able to serve over 120 Million people, 40% of the nation's population, within a single day's drive.
