North Hartland Tool Corporation Expands Hartland, Vermont, Production Hub

The company currently employs more than 90 associates at its production sites in Vermont and Vernon, Connecticut and its sister companies, TEK Industries also in Vernon and Vermont Microtechnologies in Barnet, Vermont. The company serves a variety of industries, including; aerospace, medical, automotive, public utilities, computers and manufacturing.
In order to increase its design and production of precision instruments and aerospace industry tooling, North Hartland plans to increase its workforce and expand its manufacturing facility. Officials also plan to increase production, along with adding and upgrading equipment. According to company officials, by the first quarter of the year North Hartland plans to have expanded its manufacturing plant by 60%.
The more than 50-year-old company plans to hire CNC programmers, machinists and automation specialists. The company also offers an apprentice program to train machinists and designers.
