Computing Source Opens Madison Heights, Michigan, Headquarters-Data Center
02/12/2015
Located at 29401 Stephenson Highway, the company’s 39,766 square-foot facility houses 52 of Computing Source's more than 130 employees. The campus also houses the firm’s data center and all of the company's service divisions, including; electronic discovery, computer forensics, demonstrative evidence, trial presentation services, copy/scan/print services, fixed price meet and confer consulting and much more.
"Computing Source has experienced exciting, exponential growth during the past two years, including hiring more than 100 new employees, expanding our suite of services and opening new offices throughout Michigan, Chicago and Indianapolis," Computing Source CEO/Managing Director Mark St. Peter said. "As our company has continued to grow, the need arose for a larger, centralized space from which to direct all of our operations. This new location provides that hub, and allows room for even more growth in the future."
According to the firm, one of the most prominent features of Computing Source's new headquarters is its newly built data center. Capable of securely storing a petabyte of information, it is one of the largest of its kind in the Midwest. A petabyte is more than 1,000 terabytes and more than 1,000,000 megabytes. According to EMC Corporation, it is roughly equivalent to twenty million four-drawer filing cabinets filled with text.
"Our service model has been built on providing clients every legal support service they will need during the lifecycle of their cases all under one roof. We strive to offer unprecedented convenience, and high-quality, cost-effective product," said St. Peter. "As electronic information multiples daily, our clients are constantly in search of places to securely store crucial information. This data center will be the perfect place for them to do that."
