The company will utilize approximately 100,000-square-feet of space at a leased facility at 590 Principio Parkway West that will combine manufacturing and operational logistics.
“We are excited to open the doors to our brand new warehouse which will consolidate and streamline our operations from three facilities into one,” said Reuvan Sternstein, founder and president of Regent Cabinet Solutions. “This new investment will allow us to continue to enhance delivering exceptional projects, while reducing operating costs and expediting project turnaround for our customers.”
To assist with the expansion, the company is eligible for various state and local tax credits, including the More Jobs for Marylanders program and the Job Creation Tax Credit.

Regent handles all aspects of cabinet and countertop solutions for the multi-family industry from product selection, manufacturing, ordering, delivery, and installation. The company serves customers throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
