Stream Data Centers Building Data Center In Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas

"This data center will provide enterprise users and large-scale cloud providers with an attractive wholesale option in one of the fastest-growing markets in the country."
Upon completion, the Stream Ready-to-Fit Data Center, DFW VI in Legacy Business Park will offer a 145,000 square foot, purpose-built, structurally enhanced, powered shell data center expandable to 265,000 square feet. The facility will includes Two 20 MW utility feeds from two separate substations. It is pre-engineered with a third utility feed for expansion. It also features redundant fiber connectivity with four diverse fiber routes.
According to company officials, the site offers the ability to secure data center tax incentives from the State of Texas The Dallas-Fort Worth market is the third largest data center market and the fourth largest MSA. This will be Stream's second data center development in Legacy Business Park and its fourth development in Dallas-Fort Worth within the last four years.
