Ackerson-Stevens Expands Ware Shoals, South Carolina, Manufacturing Plant

Ackerson-Stevens Inc., a producer of custom moldings and flooring accessories, will invest $490,000 to expand its existing manufacturing center in Ware Shoals, South Carolina. The facility is located 47 miles southwest of Spartanburg.

As part of its expansion the manufacturer, importer and distributor of custom moldings, decking and flooring accessories is renovating a 30,000-square-foot facility adjacent to its existing plant.

Officials will also expand the plant’s office operations center and upgrade machinery, with work expected to be completed the first half of 2018.
