Continental Tire Plans Fort Worth, Texas, Distribution Operations

The 753,000-square-foot facility will be located at the Risinger/35 Logistics Park. Construction is scheduled to begin this month.
“Designed for future expansion, the new distribution center will include advanced automation technology and sustainability features, such as solar panels,” Bill Caldwell, senior vice president for Continental passenger car and light truck tires in the U.S. told the newspaper “We see the facility as a blueprint initiative for future building designs in respect of automation and renewable energy supply.”
Continental Tire the Americas, LLC manufactures and distributes a complete premium line of passenger, light truck and commercial tires for original equipment and replacement markets.
