Holley Performance Products to Create 136 Jobs as Part of KY Expansion
02/07/2012
Established in 1903, Holley is a leading manufacturer of fuel systems for high-performance vehicles, including NASCAR. (The company's corporate headquarters came from Michigan to Bowling Green in 1992, but has had a facility in the city since 1953.) President and CEO Tom Tomlinson said the company is eager to begin expanding and upgrading its facilities in Bowling Green. "We are anticipating great excitement about our new Demon Carburation line because this line enhances our extensive brand of Holley products," he added.
The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority preliminarily approved the company for tax incentives of up to $3 million based on meeting job and investment targets. The Authority also approved Holley for tax benefits up to $120,000 through the Kentucky Enterprise Initiative Act.
