10/19/2025
The investment will include the acquisition of a 58,000-square-foot facility on 4.68 acres located at 406 Cornell Road in Burrell Township.
“Agriculture and manufacturing are two of the five key industries in the Shapiro Administration’s Economic Development Strategy – and companies like Bull Barn Fence Corporation continue to strengthen these sectors,” noted Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Rick Siger. “This PIDA loan plays a pivotal role in giving businesses the tools they need to grow, thrive, and create new jobs in areas like Indiana County.”
To support the project the Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority approved a 15-year, $1,160,000 loan at a 4.25 percent reset interest rate.
Bull Barn Fence is a manufacturer of heavy-duty woven wire and barbed wire fencing, as well as fence supplies. The company specializes in producing durable fencing products for agricultural and commercial applications, including containing livestock and securing commercial properties.
