Schreiber Foods Expands Logan City, Utah, Production Operations
02/26/2026
To support the project the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity awarded Schreiber Foods a post-performance tax reduction. The corporate incentive is part of the state’s Rural Economic Development Tax Increment Financing program.
“We’ve built a great connection with the people of Utah and Cache County, and that’s a big part of why we’re excited to keep growing here,” said Trevor Farrell, president of Schreiber Foods. “Our Logan and Smithfield teams bring so much pride and passion to everything they do. This expansion lets us build on that energy and keep moving forward together.”
Schreiber Foods manufactures and supplies a wide range of dairy products, including cheese, yogurt, cream, and other dairy ingredients, to retail, foodservice, and industrial customers. The company services major grocery brands, restaurant chains, and food manufacturers with customized dairy solutions.
“Schreiber has a terrific track record in Cache County, and we are looking forward to supporting their expansion and continued success,” noted Jefferson Moss, executive director of the Utah Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity. “Organizations like this are pillars that provide so much value to their industry, community and to the people that work for them; they are exactly who we want to see building in Utah.”
