Walker Edison Establishes West Jordan, Utah, Corporate Headquarters
02/08/2021
The renovated facility is designed to inspire innovation and support a high-performance workforce. Inside the building, there are seven conference rooms of varying sizes and one large training room. The break room includes a large open space on the main level that combines booth seating, an employee market, and arcade games. The building also has a mother’s room, massage room, salon, and four privacy phone booths.
“This new building typifies who we are at Walker Edison. We lift where we stand and look for opportunities to enhance schools, neighborhoods, and communities around us,” said Brad Bonham, CEO of Walker Edison. “To turn a dilapidated old shopping center into a state-of-the-art worldwide headquarters for our multi-billion-dollar business has been a great honor. We look forward to adding hundreds of high paying jobs to this location throughout the years.”
While many employees are currently working from home in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the office still features top accommodations as employees return to an in-person work environment. The desk areas offer flexible workstations so employees can take advantage of versatile work arrangements.
“I couldn’t be more thrilled with the investment Walker Edison made in West Jordan,” City of West Jordan Mayor Dirk Burton said, “The decision to redevelop a large, abandoned retail building will not only breathe new life into the city’s core but also signals a deep commitment to our community.”
