American Special Metals Corp Opens Metals Distribution Center In Pompano Beach, Florida

American Special Metals Corp., one of the nation's largest suppliers of high temperature alloys, corrosion resistant alloys, shielding, electronic, and controlled expansion grades of Nickel and Cobalt alloy metals and Titanium, opened a new metal distribution center in Pompano Beach, Florida. The facility will serve operating locations in the United States.

"We're very excited about the new distribution center in Pompano Beach, Florida. It gives us the opportunity to help our locations in the grow their businesses by adding more product lines and in greater quantities than the former facility allowed," said Mirelbys Canizalez, Vice President, of American Special Metals, Corp.

The opening is twelve months after another distribution center began operation in Coral Springs, Florida.

Company officials noted “our inventory allows fast deliveries on hard to find metals for the aerospace, oil & gas, petrochemical & refining, chemical processing, Navy, Marine, pulp & paper, air pollution control, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, power generation, water treatment, medical, thermal processing, marine engineering, welding, automotive, electrical resistance, and electronic industries.”
