08/11/2025
The investment will include the construction of a manufacturing facility, located along U.S. Highway 78, which will allow the company to better support industrial clients throughout the Southeast including Southwire. Operations are scheduled to begin in early 2026.
“This new location shows our commitment to quality and growth,” added Jason Young, Co-Owner of CFM. “We look forward to serving Southwire and building connections in Alabama.”
To support the project $2 million from the Growing Alabama program was awarded to the Cleburne County Commission to assist with site preparation and infrastructure development.
“CFM’s new facility in Heflin represents the kind of impactful, targeted growth we strive to support through our Catalyst strategy,” noted Ellen McNair, Secretary of the Alabama Department of Commerce. “This project not only strengthens Alabama’s industrial base but also brings high-quality jobs to a rural community that is clearly ready for growth.
Contour Fabrications and Mechanical’s services include field support for surrounding industries and full-service fabrication.
