10/25/2024
The Anderson-DuBose Company, a provider of paper and food supplies to McDonald's, plans to establish operations in Jefferson City, Tennessee. The approximately $40 million project is expected to create 80 jobs.

The new distribution facility will support up to 450 restaurant locations.

“We are thrilled to be expanding into Tennessee and building our state-of-the-art distribution center in Jefferson City. This investment will help us meet the cold and dry food service storage needs of our valued customers in the Southeast,” Anderson-DuBose President Mike Boddy said.

The Anderson-DuBose Company is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants in Ohio, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and New York.

“ Anderson-DuBose will be the latest company to make a difference not only in the Jefferson County community but also in the East Tennessee region, and we look forward to seeing the company’s impact in the future,” TNECD Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter noted.

“TVA and Appalachian Electric Cooperative congratulate Anderson-DuBose on its decision to locate operations in Jefferson City. Helping to attract companies like Anderson-DuBose that create jobs and investment in the region is fundamental to TVA’s mission of service. We are proud to partner with Jefferson County Alliance, City of Jefferson City, Jefferson County, Norfolk Southern Railway and the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development to further that mission and celebrate this announcement together,” John Bradley, TVA senior vice president of economic development added.
