Ohio Lumex Expands Solon, Ohio, Operations

Ohio Lumex Co., Inc., a company specializing in measurement technologies for applications in gaseous fuels, emissions, air quality, life sciences, and laboratory analysis, plans to expand its operations in Solon, Ohio. The project is expected to create 30 jobs.

The investment will include the acquisition of a new 82,000 square-foot facility which will support the growth of the company’s Integrated Technology Solutions Department.

“This expansion reflects our commitment to Northeast Ohio and positions us for continued growth as we launch new products and services that help strengthen American energy infrastructure,” said Mike Neyman, CEO of Ohio Lumex Co., Inc. “We are grateful for all the support from our employees, customers, and the region’s economic development team.”?

To support the project the Ohio Tax Credit Authority (TCA) approved a 1.338 percent, seven-year Job Creation Tax Credit.

Ohio Lumex’s offerings include emissions and process monitors, laboratory analyzers, sampling systems, along with custom control panels, automation systems, SCADA/telemetry integration, and related engineering and field support. The company serves industrial and environmental markets.
